Returns & Refunds

At SQT Canada, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:

Opened Kits: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened kits.
Return Window: Unopened and unused products may be returned within 15 days of purchase. Returns beyond this period will not be accepted.
Condition of Returned Items: Products must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition with all packaging intact. Any items that appear used, opened, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.

We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the returned item(s), including applicable taxes, minus any discounts, rebates, credits, or refunds applied at the time of purchase.
Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. A $39.99 shipping fee applies to all orders and will not be refunded.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.

We do not offer exchanges on any products. If you wish to order a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@sqtcanada.ca with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Approval: If your return meets our policy criteria, we will provide instructions on where to send the item.
Ship the Product: Securely package the item and send it using a trackable shipping method.
