Refund & Return Policy

Only skin care merchandise purchased from SQT Florida can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Devices/aesthetic systems are excluded from this policy. (*Devices/aesthetic systems sales are final. Please consult us if you have questions prior to making the purchase.)

If your SQT Florida products were purchased from a third-party retailer, we respectfully request that they be returned to the point of sale.

If you wish to return SQT Florida product purchased from our web site, please contact us via email at info@sqtflorida.com. Or call us at (561) 788-5993. We will process your request and provide you with a return form that we will ask you complete and include with your return.

Please return products in their original packaging. Items must be unused, unopened and in sellable condition. We will not accept returns if the outer cartons are damaged.

Please note:  SQT Florida offers complimentary standard shipping with orders of $49 and above. Thus, we are unable to refund return shipping fees. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing time for returns is 7-14 business days from the time the returned package is received by us.

Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will send you an email confirmation to let you know we’ve received your package and are processing your refund.

We are happy to refund the purchase price for the item(s) – plus any taxes paid, less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already provided in connection with the purchase. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, cannot be refunded.
