SQT Canada may collect information you choose to provide when you call, email, place an order, register for training or ask to join the provider network. This may include your name, business or clinic name, contact details, professional qualifications, order information and communications.

2. Forms on this website

The forms on this website — training registration, workshop interest, provider applications, product account sign-up and enquiries — prepare your details on your screen. Completing a submission by phone with SQT Canada is what delivers your information to the team. Please do not enter sensitive health, payment or identity information into any website form.

3. How information is used

Information received directly by SQT Canada may be used to answer inquiries, assess training eligibility, process orders, deliver training, provide support, maintain business records and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

4. Service providers and disclosures

SQT Canada may use service providers for website hosting, communications, payment processing, shipping, professional support and recordkeeping. They should receive only the information needed for their work. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or with your consent.

5. Website technology

The site may rely on hosting infrastructure, web fonts and map services that process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type or request data to deliver their features. SQT Canada does not sell personal information.

6. Safeguards and retention

Reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards should be used to protect personal information. Information should be retained only as long as necessary for the purpose collected, legal requirements and legitimate business records, then securely deleted or anonymized.

Refund & Return Policy

Last updated October 1, 2026. This policy applies to professional training packages and skincare sets purchased directly from SQT Canada.

1. Requesting a return

Contact SQT Canada promptly after delivery to request a return, and always before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted. Any return window or condition confirmed in writing at the time of your purchase also applies.

2. Eligible items

Skincare sets and physical kit contents must be unopened, unused, in their original sealed packaging and in resalable condition. Include proof of purchase and all components, gifts, manuals and accessories supplied with the order.

3. Non-returnable items

Opened, used, damaged or incomplete skincare products and kits.
Products with broken seals or items that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons.
Digital materials, downloaded resources or training content that has been accessed.
Completed training, personalized items, clearance items or final-sale products.

4. Training & Starter Kit

Training packages are one-time purchases, plus HST: Master the SQT Method at CAD $2,599.99 + HST and 3-in-1 Body Care at CAD $2,199.00 + HST. If a package includes a scheduled class and physical products, contact SQT Canada as early as possible before the scheduled training date to request cancellation or rescheduling. Once training has begun, digital materials have been accessed or kit items have been opened, the related portion is non-returnable. Any specific written booking terms supplied at purchase also apply.

5. Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

Inspect the shipment promptly. Report a damaged, defective or incorrect item to SQT Canada as soon as you notice it, and keep the packaging. SQT Canada may request photographs or other reasonable details before arranging a replacement, credit or refund.

6. Return shipping

Approved returns must be securely packaged and sent using the instructions provided by SQT Canada. Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Inspection and refunds

Approved items are inspected after receipt. If the return meets this policy, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, less any non-refundable charges communicated before purchase. Processing time may depend on the payment provider.

8. Consumer rights

This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Ontario or Canadian consumer-protection law.

Treatments & science

What is SQT bio-microneedling?

A professional, device-free skin-renewal method: a trained provider massages a formula of microscopic sponge spicules across the skin to support a concentrated renewal response. The full explanation is on the Science page.

What are sponge spicules?

Spicules are the tiny, needle-like mineral structures that form the internal framework of freshwater sponges such as Spongilla. SQT refines this natural material into a concentrated cosmetic ingredient for controlled professional application. See the Science page for microscopy, measurements and the renewal phases.

What does recovery look like after a treatment?

Temporary sensitivity, tightness and visible shedding can be part of the renewal period over the following days. Your provider selects the protocol, prepares the skin and guides your aftercare, including the Recovery After Care set where appropriate. Suitability and expectations should always be discussed in a professional consultation first.

Are the results figures independently proven?

Some figures on this site — such as session equivalence, micro-channel counts and the 72-hour renewal window — are SQT brand claims, and they are labelled as such. A 2023 pilot study on biomicroneedling with active ingredients reported statistically significant changes in several measured skin parameters; its results are preliminary and may not predict individual outcomes. No treatment outcome is guaranteed.

Training & certification

Is training a subscription or a one-time purchase?

A one-time purchase. Each training package is bought once — there is no annual subscription and no annual renewal fee, and certification is not described as something you renew. Both package prices are plus HST.

What are the two training packages?

Master the SQT Method — Deliver the Results (CAD $2,599.99 + HST) is the complete facial-method certification with Fatme B., SQT Master Trainer. 3-in-1 Body Care (CAD $2,199.00 + HST) is focused body training. The complete inclusions for each package are listed on the Training page.

Who can take SQT training?

Training and professional products are for eligible beauty and skincare professionals. Register your interest on the Training page and SQT Canada will confirm your eligibility, available dates and the right pathway for your practice.

How does registration and payment work?

Registration submits a request to join — it is not a paid booking and no payment is taken on this website. SQT Canada confirms eligibility and dates with you first, and payment is arranged after your place is confirmed.

Who can order professional products?

Eligible professionals with an approved SQT Canada account. Register and upload your certificate; once SQT Canada approves your account, log in to order from the Professional Store.

How do I place an order, and how does shipping work?

Online checkout activates once the payment provider is connected. Until then, ordering is by approved account application: sign up, and SQT Canada confirms your order, availability and shipping arrangements with you directly before payment. Product prices are in Canadian dollars, before applicable tax.

What if something arrives damaged or I need a return?

Inspect your shipment promptly and contact SQT Canada before sending anything back. Eligibility, non-returnable items and the inspection process are set out in the Refund & Return Policy.

Apply on the Become a Provider page. Applications are reviewed by SQT Canada, and a public directory listing is added only after approval and training are confirmed — an application never becomes a listing automatically.

When is the next workshop?
